2. Intellectual Property Services
CIPC protects your innovations through trade marks, patents, designs, and copyright registration, renewals, and licensing.

3. Compliance and Regulation
monitor and enforce compliance with company and IP laws, license business rescue practitioners, and support financial reporting standards.

4. Public Information and Education
CIPC provide access to company and IP records and promote awareness and understanding of company and intellectual property law.

5. Policy and Advisory Support
The commission research, advises, and makes recommendations to the Minister on company and IP law and policy.
